Dandy Dodge

It's a Dandy Dodge 440-6 Chrysler Wedge owned and driven by Tom Mitchell a retired U.S. Postal technician from Columbia, MO.  It currently is running a 451 Cubic inch Dodge motor with Max Wedge heads, intake, and carburetors. My best E.T. to date is 10:87 @ 124 MPH.

Satisfaction
1966 427 Fairlane: Owned by Mike Cicciarelli of Brownsburg, IN.  Mike was also born in 1966, and has owned the car since he was 15.  The car has an original 2X4 "tunnel-wedge" intake, 4-speed transmission, and the original style factory fiberglass hood.  E.T.'s so far are:  9.78 @141, 6.20@110, and 1.34 60'.  Mike works as an engineer on an Indy car team.

1962 Dodge Dart 440 2 Dr. Ht.  It has a big block Dodge V/8 with an Indy intake and 2 Carter 4 barrels, 727 automatic, 410 Dana rear end.  Best 1/4 mile is a 9.11 at 150 MPH. The car is driven by John Grinwald of Watertown, Wisconsin.

Old  A 1964 Dodge 330 with a 446 Max Wedge Engine, a 727 transmission.  The car weighs 3,330 lbs.  It is owned and driven  by Mark Patterson out of Fountaintown, IN.  Best E.T. is 10.76 at 123 MPH.

This car is a 1961 SS Impala, 409 engine.  It runs 11.00 at 120 MPH.  Cliff Roberts and Lon Kenoyer are partners in the ownership of the car.  Lon is the driver, from Warrenton, MO.

Aftershock

The car is a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle, 300 2-door sedan. It has a 396 ci engine, turbo 400 automatic transmission and runs 10.82 in the 1/4 mile @ 121 mph.  The car is owned by Ray and Kathy Koons, driven by Ray, from Indianapolis, Indiana.

White Lightning

Dave Richards is from Indianapolis, IN and is the owner/driver of the 1965 Plymouth named "White Lightning" powered by a 426 Max Wedge engine with an automatic transmission.  The car runs 10.10 at 132 MPH.
Lost Dream

1964 Dodge 426 Hemi.  Owned by Ken Helton who is a machinist for GE.  "Lost Dream's" best time is 10:73 at 124.07.  A complete restoration has been done on this car.

Asphalt Angel

1963 Plymouth Belvedere driven by Rich Berlisk of Heartland, WI. The car is owned by N. O. S.  It has a 440 Max Wedge engine with an automatic transmission.

Better Than Nothin

This is an original 1962 Dodge Dart 330 Sedan, 413 Max Wedge, Owned by Sherman & Gene Devening; Sherman is a retired machinist and Gene works for Woodriver Power Station. This car has been a race car all its life.

The "Green Machine" is a 1969 Dodge Dart, 484 ci Hemi, automatic, 4.56 Dana rear end and is street driven. John Grinwald uses this car as a back up car to the Asphalt Elephant--when it gets sick. The 69 Dart weighs 3500 lbs. with driver and has run a 9.79 @ 136MPH in the 1/4 mile.

Psychotic ReAction

This third edition is a Plymouth Belvedere replica of the original factory Max Wedge car street-driven and raced by Don Meece of Evansville, Ind. in 1964 and features the best of past and present. A very consistent 11.50 machine, it is owned by Still Rock Engineering of Waukesha, Wis. in association with Meece Family Motorsports and is co-driven by Meece, a 45-year racing veteran, and Joe Wilkiewicz, a college student in his 20’s.

Chevrolet ‘W’ block, 427 cubic inches / Chevrolet 690 cylinder heads / valve train by Lamar Waldon / General Motors Turbo 400 automatic transmission / Strange rear member and axles/ 4.57 ratio / fiberglass body components are used in place of the almost impossible to find surviving factory aluminum parts.  For ¼-mile, consistently runs in the 10.50’s / two-class car; can run both NSS/B, 10.50 index and NSS/C, 11.00 index.

Teacher's Pet II

1963 Plymouth Sport Fury.  Driven and maintained by Bob Durling, Automotive Instructor at Lincoln College of Technology, Indianapolis.  Consistent 11:00 sec. passes are performed by a 426 "wedge" with a torque flight transmission, putting this car in a NS/S-C index.  Crew Chief and companion is his wife, Diana.
